So is anybody cheating on their diet?

If you have one that is...

My coach gave me the green light to cheat since its christmas and my birthday the day after. I feel pretty guilty though, and Im going to run sometime tomorrow.

It's the holidays. Anyone who isn't cheating on their diet is a loser....

I start boxing again on Tuesday after a 6-week layoff. I've gained 8 lbs. I'm saying screw it; I'm eating like a horse tomorrow, I'm gonna get good and drunk on homemade eggnog (real cream, rum, Scotch, eggs), eat plenty of my wife's amazing cooking, and I'll work it off the next day. Another pound won't matter.

The Christmas menu, BTW, is all handmade, hand-picked, or game that we've killed this season: slow-roasted rack of venison with her father's awesome port wine/honey marinade, grouse en croute, my wife's chicken-fried rabbit, blackberry and peach pies, crab dip on homemade bread, venison pepperoni and bear summer sausage, homemade pickles, and homemade beer courtesy of my insane German brother-in-law -- the Game Feast, celebrating God's generosity. Merry Christmas, everybody!

Jeez Fraidy that sounds awesome. Homeade eggnog and a feast of fresh game. I wish I had a family like that.
