bruised a knuckle again between yesterday and wednesday.
yesterday was using grant 16z
day before was using grant 10oz super bag gloves w/knuckle guards.
been trying to use Dempsey's power-line theory
could be an issue with the wrap
right handed, but fight southpaw, so maybe my left hand's not as structurally sound
i dunno what it is but i need to change somethin, coz this isn't the first time it's happened this year.
wonder if those gel gloves are the answer...Comment

i have 2 bouts on feb 2 and 3rd and my gym has been closed for like a month, and i starting boxing at the start of november. I seriously cant wait to get in the gymComment

I had a back injury in early November. I just got cleared to box. Going in on Tuesday, gonna HIT somebody! Woo-HOO!

Titles gel gloves look better. I dont know about the satin thumbs on Ringsides gloves. I am eventually going to order the Tile Gel Bag Gloves and their gel headgear.Comment

i heard the title gel bag gloves wrist support is very flexible.
i have a pair of title platinum training gloves and the wrist support isn't as good as the usual glove, it's easy to move your wrists around. properly wrapped hands should be enough, though (of course, you should be wearing handwraps, anyways).Comment
