    Your gear

I was on another forum and they had a thread going where they were all posting pictures of their gear. It was mainly a MMA site so they all had like MMA gear like grappling gloves, gis, rashguards etc. Well I think it be nice to see what gear you guys have. Seeing as how this place is mainly boxing, it'd be good to see who has what gear and compare with eachother and ask questions.

Unfortunatly I dont have a camera so I cant participate, but I'll tell you what I have

    Everlast Bag Gloves
    Blue Panamanian Boxing Shoes
Blue and WHite/Grey and Black Title Trunks
    Yellow Mexican Title wraps
    Title Platinum Bag Gloves
    Top COntender Super Bag Gloves
    Top COntender Training Gloves
    Title Full face headgear
    Title pro style cup
    Ringside Pro Style Bag Gloves
    20 different mouthpieces
top contender mexican and conventional wraps
    Title Boxing Shoes
    Asics Shoes

soon I'll have the IMF and INternationl training gloves from Ringside, ultimate classic hand wraps, Fight Gear Mexican style head gear and Ringside suede and nylon shoes

yeah, they look pretty good. The fit is somewhat good, you can definantly make a closed fist and the shape kinda contours with your fist. HOWEVER!!!! the padding if absolute crap, it feels like they have paper mache padding!!! the padding literally feels like a pinyata inside the glove. Also the closure is impossible. The strap is too long so it goes past the velcro and it still isnt tight, the cover doesnt easilly come all the way up, and the wrap around secures at the bottom of the glove instead of the wrist. Theres no way to put the cover down on the second glove with the first one on. They hit pretty hard too, I guess you can say they are a punchers glove. I have been on the recieving end of some shots from these gloves and it hurts, mainly because the padding is thin and you can press on the glove and feel your knuckles. The fit on your fist is good but the wrist is going to be loose, most likely you'll just have it strapped so that you can just slide a hand in instead of trying to put them on.

Basically dont get them. The wrap around closure on these alone has turned me off that and I will never get a glove with this cover up style again.

yeah i know what you mean on those type of velcro gloves. it's the "Elastic hook and loop" style that's annoying. it's hard to put on both gloves by yourself.

a much better solution, is to get the lace up version, and buy the ringside "glover's assistant" or the title hook&loop converter. they both do the same thing, just different names.

Does anyone know of a good internet site for buying EVERLAST clothing like hooded tracktops and casual gear in the UK? Or any actual chain stores that sell this stuff?
