Meant to say, "just don't breath through your mouth when you are exchanging"...you will get your jaw broken. Probably, if your doctor had good sense and knew you were boxing, he would have given you better information about your breathing problem, and this is a problem.....
I dont breath through my mouth, only breath out(like u suppose to)
