  • Your Body Composition Report?

    Just had mine done, electro-whatever style by the gym owner.

    I'm looking to do 1 1/2 months more of cardio, then getting another test, then bulking for 4 months and do another test.

    Here's where I'm at. I'd be interested in learning where everyone else is at or if anyone gets this done.
    • height - 5'-8 1/2"
    • weight - 176lbs
    • lean body wight - 152.13lbs
    • body fat - 23.87 lbs (13.6%)
    • water - 52.9 ltrs


    By Feb 1st, I'ma try to get to 163 lbs while not losing much muscle.
