I don't think I've ever heard of this before. No offense at all, everyone has their own personal taste, but I don't think I've met anyone else who hated eggs before. You hate sunny side up, scrambled, and hard/soft boiled eggs? There are so many things you can do with eggs!

Samuel when's the last time you tried an egg, and who cooked it for you? I am going to get you eating eggs if it's my only contribution to the training and fitness forum this week!

Put some milk, two eggs, banana, Quick chocolate/strawberry and blend that for 30 seconds, it's good and you can't taste the eggs.

Are eggs absoluetly vital? I mean, is there no substitute?

I dislike eggs, also. I'm just tired of them.
For breakfast I blend:
1 cup quick oats
2 scoops whey protein
2 cups nonfat milk
1/2 cup (1/2 a fist-sized hunk) frozen blackberries -- we froze ten, 1-gallon bags of blackberries last summer!
-- put it all in a blender, whip till frothy, and chug half of it. Put the other half in the fridge and drink it after your workout. With a lid on the blender, it'll keep for a few days in the fridge. ~400 calories, 40g protein, 2g fat in 1/2 a serving.
Instead of berries, you can use a banana, or a tablespoon of peanut butter, or Ovaltine, or whatever. Something to give it flavor. Frozen berries are pretty cheap, though.

You guys are NUTS! Eggs rule, I used to seriously make scrambled eggs with like 6-7 eggs in them, milk, cream cheese, american cheese, and ham.
Okay, not good for boxing, but delicious!
BTW that shake sounds delicious fraidy. I will have to make something like that myself.
