  • Push ups?

    For boxing, push ups are the best exercise to hit hard or liftin weight is good too?


    i mean, wich is better for BOXING


    and what kind of push ups are the most effective...

    I hear one of the best things to use is the PushUp/PullUp bar...


    Can work push-ups from diff angels, then toss the bar up in the doorway and do some pull ups...

          Crap -- I have one of those and I've never thought to take it down and do push-ups. (I got it for Christmas a couple of years ago. Never read the instructions.)

              That looks like a great device. I've been looking for a good pull up bar that I don't need to screw in the wall.
