My trainers don't allow video cameras in the gym for the exact reason you're posting yours on here. It promotes garbage. You try to show off to the camera, you get egotistical, and you think you're ****ing amazing.

And honestly, if your trainers call you a RJJ clone.. maybe they shouldn't be training. Or maybe they should get some glasses. Or maybe they should just tell you right now that they have no idea what there doing and it's hilarious to watch you hop around on the double end bag while you attempt to show off to a camera.

Its not about bein hurt by any of the comments ppl post, cuz its not that serious... Some of the reason is yea to shut them up, and the other is just cuz thats how my personality is, I love to have fun and showboat ect. Ive always been that way... playin football scorin touch downs then doin goofy dances n stuff, thats what makes the sports fun.... some ppl forget about havin fun and be all serious all the time

hahahaaa.... dude a trainer that doesnt allow a camera in the gym is an idiot... its GREAT to record your sparring sessions and see what your doing wrong, what you did right ect. thats like sayin dont have a mirror in the gym so you wont be posin and flexin in the mirror thinkin ur the next Goldbergg

and my double end bag video was AFTER practice was over... that wasnt me trying to "GO HARD" on the bag, im jus tappin it lookin at the cam havin fun

I wouldve did most of your request tho in a realistic way, considering I said I was gonna do tha first 1minute of the rd a certain way and THEN switch it up and do the requests, I wouldnt been able to "stop the rd so I can tie my arm to my foot" Lol I wouldve however grabbed the left foot wit the right hand (almost the same as bein tied) throw a left, and been like LET FREEDOM RING MOTHA ****A lol..... thats as close to "singing" you was gonna get from me

At first I thought it was kind of a desperate plea for attention, but after thinking about it, someone has got to have balls to post something like this (AND BACK IT UP). So IF YOU are going to do it. I want to see 10 left hooks in a row. Just dig em up and down. That's the whole combo, 10 fast and strong left hooks. Would be sick.
