  • jumping rope..

    do you think jumping rope is the best activity to help build stamina? i mean, some say running is...others say jumping rope is better then running....so out of the 2 which do you think is more effective?

    i personally think jumping rope is...but i wanna get other peoples opinions on this..

      do both, I weighed 300 pounds and was running and jumping rope, If i could do it so can you.

        but I do think running works the lungs more while jumping rope develops the leg muscles better. I lost alot of fat from my legs since Ive started jumping rope.
