  • why do i bulk so easy?

    is this something to do with my metabolism?i drink alot of alcohol at the weekends,and eat microwave foods in the week,i dont work out alot,and the only thing i do stick by is 2 pints of milk a night,30 sit ups,30 sit up and twist,50 crunches,and about 70 press ups/push ups,but still,if i go to the gym for 4 days,i can shoot from 135 to about 150,no fat,just muscle appears randomly,im a gifted *****!...or am i doing somethin wrong?

    You are not gaining 15 lbs of muscle in 4 days, I can promise you that. Are you retaining water weight maybe?

      ok maybe abit of a stretch,135 to 150 is abit much,but really i am like a tampon,dip me in water and i expend,i can look skinny 1 day and big another its strange

        hey thats like me.i can look built like in my avatar but if i do maybe 100 push ups or a boxing work out.i bulk to like twice that size for like 2 hours. but if im doing pushups(which i havnt done in a year.)then my chest is expanded for the whole day.for the bitchs i usually do that if im going somewhere with alot of girls. some1 awhile back had a name for why ppl gain muscle so fast but i forgot what it was.tyson had the same thing as u can see before alot of his matchs in his prime he looked small then when he started fighting he looked alot bigger

          i know exactly what u mean,i aint bulking to like your size,but say im havving a lazy week i will lay around doin nothin and i look really skinny,but if a night out comes around,i do aload of sit ups the night before and im all ready to go

            Everyone looks better after a hard workout b/c they have the "pump" going. But if u gain 15 pounds of muscle the word for that would be lucky.
