Does Anyone look Fast with 16-18 Oz Gloves on ?

Keep in mind that fighters always look slower on tape then in real life. I don't know why but it is true. Any fight that I have seen in person and then seen the tape later they looked way way slower on tape. Possible because usually it is just a handheld camera or something like that, but I assume that is what you would have been using anyways.

i am 6'1 170 and my trainer makes me spar with 18oz and sometimes 16oz if he feels like cutting me a break. Always 18 on the bag. For my weight and size and age, my shoulders are extremely conditioned. Whenever im fighting some guy from another gym ill throw on 16's and walk his ass all around the ring.

im 160lbs and i use 20oz gloves, i dont really lose 2 much speed when goin up in glove weight
