    Yah im 18 and right now I can pretty much eat anything and still stay at the same weight I get payed this friday so im just gonna go to GNC and get some supliments like protein shakes or something and take a little bit of advice from all of ya'll pack my fridge up have some extra goodies lying around and get to hitting them weights.

      Eat plenty, 5 to 6 CLEAN meals a day every 2/12 to 3 hours, I'd recomend cyto gainer and musclemilk(before bed) to pack it on as far as supplements. Remember the best protein is from real food(fish,chicken, lean beef). I get all my supplements online about 50% of GNC and vitamin store price. I am a hard gainer as well and could go on all day about this subject. hope this helps

        I bought the CytoGainer stuff, maybe get the Muscle Milk later. im gonna get to it as soon as it comes.
