    Gaining Some Weight!

Unlike most people I don't have trouble loosing weight I have trouble gaining it, I have a high metabolism. I want to gain somewhere between 10 to 15 lb. Do any of you have tips on what to eat, do etc?

Just eat as much as you can, escpecially chicken. And don't fill yourself up with one huge meal because you won't be able to eat anymore after that. Just keep eating constantly, have something on your hand always like a bag of chips, popcorn, soda or w.e, make it become like a relfex. Eat slowly but nonstop. Good luck my man...

Don't eat chips and candy and drink soda to gain weight. Eat a lot of meat. Eat whole grain bread and pasta. Just because you are trying to put on weight doesn't mean you should go ape**** and clean out the entire refrigerator at snack time. You still need to eat healthy.

Also, get on a good weightlifting plan. You want to gain muscle weight.

There are lots of articles and whatnot about this, if you Google search you can find plenty of information.

      Good luck.

I used to have trouble gaining, back when I was in high school. This is old-school, but I remember the last day of school before my senior year, my football coach told me to eat two slices of bread with butter with every meal, all summer. It really did work. I put on about ten pounds over the course of the summer -- which is a lot, b/c I was built like a whippet. My mother's homemade bread made it easy. Mmmmm.....

It's a simple equation: calories in > calories out.

Don't make a lifelong habit of it. A few months, just to bulk up, won't hurt you. Especially if you're exercising the whole time.

There's nothing wrong with eating chips if you're young and healthy. Unless you're at your late 20s or 30s then you should worry about that. If you're a young boxer you can eat anything you want if you wanna gain weight. After the weight gaining is done then you should eat meat and other healthy foods but as a start you should eat anything you can...
