  • what do you eat before training ?

    breakfast 9:00am - porriage and tea

    lunch - 2:00 - tin of tunu and bowl of rice

    training is at 8, so what shall i eat?

    I'll eat usualy something like a porchop/steak/chicken breast on rice or spaghetti with a salad...

    actually thats what I eat all the time...

      Steak, chicken, potatoes, rice - stuff like that.

        Think's rich in carb's to give me energy. It's mostly complex carbs like bread and rice and red meats too for protein.
