Im pretty fit but i still get pretty stuffed from sparring.
My Boxing coach says it is because i try to throw every punch with full power and energy. I like to fight this way !
How much effort in terms of maximum punching effort should you be using for most of your punches ? Should you only turn up to max effort when you have your opponent in trouble ?
