  • What do you do when you're extremely exhausted while sparring?

I like to kind of feint and stay away from my opponent. I take as many deep breathes as I can. I'll jab and move and breathe, over and over. Other times when my opponent becomes relentless on me, no matter how tired I am I just start swinging wildly back until he stops or the bell is up. Sometimes I get so tired that I start to wobble and trip everywhere, but I still try to fight back no matter what. What do you do when you're extremely exhausted while you're sparring?

i stay slow on my feet and drop my hands a bit, back up to the ropes, slip and walk away, trying not to breathe to fast or hurriedly, cuz my trainer says that tires you out more.

generally my legs get tired before my arms, so i just slow down and stop bouncing so much.

I hit my roadwork harder the next day. Way harder.

When I hit that wall I know I did somthing wrong the previous day or two. I'll hold and run a lil to catch my breath, but back track and fix the prob for next time

I stay flat footed, clinch more, hands lower and pull a few mean faces to make the guy think twice before approaching me.

I just did 10 x 2 rounds today pretty hard and i wasnt that tired. So either im in good shape or i stay relaxed really well.

Go more on the defensive and sparingly throw big shots hoping it will land to keep them off.

if u tired, espeically against someone more seasoned, tough it out, test ya limits, and got for it!
