Can anyone help me with this. I weigh this much. Man I want to lose weight, but it seems that I can't help it with eating junk and stuff. And my activity level is poop. Whenever I life weights I try to do four sets of 10, but on each set I just give up at rep 6 or 8. And I want to be a starter on my football team next year. I want to be conditioned and healthy enough to be able to endure everything in the summer when we start offseason training.

why the **** is your name "LIL" Hopkins? HAHA anyways, it's good that your muscles are failing at 6-8 reps because it means your using enough weight for it to be challenging. If your able to do your fourth set as easily as your first, it's not intense enough. Since your joining football, start sprinting and doing heavy compound movements like squats, deadlifts, cleans, and pracetice exploding upwards from a three-point stance, i'm guessing your going to be a lineman since your ass is so big.
Also, about the diet, if you really want it then you'll do the research necessary for learning how to eat smart and healthy. After that, your going to have to man up and stop acting like a fat *****, like some obese housewife who tells her husband she's on a diet but eats whole cakes behind his back. I said LiL, because I practically am little really in muscles. haha. If you saw a pic of me I don't really look 260. Thats what a lot of people say when I tell them my weight. They always think that I weight less then that.

if u want to lose fat, the best way to do that is to stop drinking coke, pepsi, etc. it's just water and syrup ( sugar ) anyway. when mice are force fed the sugar syrop that's in a can of cola they start getting obese, even if they exercise. just eat less sugar and keep working out, u'll start to cut up
