I weight 160 but im 6'1 and i jab a ton. I also throw my right alot cuz i haev nearly perfected it, at an amateur level haha. I dont throw uppercuts nearly ever because i dont tihnk theyr useful for a tall person, but thats my opinion. I usually spaarr a ltitle harder than that video cuz i saw that the guy u sparred was throwing weak ass jabs.

I see, I am 155 lbs I think hes in the 170s or so..., I need to throw the hook more, I like throwing on the pads and on the bag, but can't seem to pull it off in the sparring sessions.

k, i saw some things that I could help you out with, so the next time u get in there, that guy will be like 'oh ****'.

k, first of all keep that right hand higher, so u dont get nailed with a left hook like u did near the end of the vid...You have a good jab, you just don't use it enough.

i see you got a prty good right hand, when you're moving to your right, after you get planted step into a straight right hand followed by a left hook. the hook is supposed to do most of the damage with the straight right just setting it up getting the guy to think that's all that's coming. then the hook comes in. practice this combo on the bag, move to right, straight right, left hook. you can also move to right, straight right downstairs, left hook upstairs, straight right upstairs

A few tips that I would do.

Chin always down; that is when you are throwing shots, moving and defending shots. Always down no matter what happens. Imagine a tennis ball under your chin, you can't let it slip so you always need your chin resting near your chest.

Your movement is good so no worries about that.

Quicken your feet and your hands up. I know you can go quicker than what you were in that video and don't be afraid to do it. Really snappy jabs and straights and straight out of range.

As you come out of range with one slight step back move to your right if you are fighting someone who is orthodox and move to your left if you are fighting someone southpaw. I noticed that in the video he just stepped in 2-3 times with a jab each time, and you had the centre of the ring but lost it that quickly. You backed up in a straight line and that spells trouble. Step back, circle or pivot out. Creates angles and ends their attack.

There is loads of other stuff you could do too like slipping, combinations and stuff but for someone who only started in June it is a good standard of sparring that you have achieved. Keep up the good work. Think about those pointers I gave you and try and remember them next time you sparr.

That was good. From what I saw ( I didnt watch all sorry.) You need to keep your guard up when being attacked, you seem to be dropping it and just exchanging... I dont know what others would say about that... As thats just what it looks like to me
