  • Sparring Video..what ya think.

So even though I know pretty much everyone that puts a video here on the boards gets hated on, I figure I can use some of the feedback. I started boxing in June this year and here it is. I am still learning!

I have the white gloves on.

not bad atall,u hold ur chin out 2 much but i am sure ur trainer has told u that, its just a habbit,u do seem a little off balance when u throw punches but again that will come in time,i like the way sometimes u moved ur head a little 2 throw him off abit then went inside, and u move around the ring pretty good 2,well done

Your right hand needs a little work your reaching out to much. But ur speed is really good imo. Dont drop your hands after you throw a punch, your jab goes low after you throw it. And when that guy tries to throw those sliow jabs tap it down or slip it and hit him with a good counter.

Thanks for the tips, yea I tend to drop my hands which is a bad habbit and you can tell i am learning the hard way LOL, as for the right hand...I love throwing and its been hard taming it down and not telegraphing it...but thats why I go to the gym and work at it
