I've been right about many things concerning boxing recently. I had Baldomir KO'ing Gatti, I called Wlad KOing Brock in the 7th round exactly. I thought Sergei would give Brewster a tough fight or even beat him when no one gave him a chance. I had Hopkins over Tarver.

So you can just **** off about the two results I got wrong (one of them only half wrong). Everyone makes mistakes but at the end of the day you're still a bitter jerkoff who spends his days flaming people on an internet forum.

but they don't spend millions of threads adamant about it, refusing to listen to anybody else on the issue.

Didn't even know that Briggs had a fight already set up. Didn't he just fight? Isn't it a bit soon to already have a fight lined up?

Ibragimov was hurt twice by Ray Austin, I don't see him lasting long with Briggs, Austin is not a big puncher.

My opinion about Briggs will not change after this fight, Briggs will not have a long run, he will lose within his next 2 or 3 fights.

Yes, that would change my opinion of him. In his fight with Liakhovitch, neither guy did anything for 11 rounds, and then Briggs landed a big shot in the 12th. That one win doesn't count for too much. If he had back to back wins agains Liakhovich and Ibragimov, especially KO wins, I would have to say he is a top heavyweight.

Why dont the two of you take your bickering elsewhere? I dont come to this site to read nine pages of flaming. You wanna talk boxing, then lets talk boxing, but the moment someone starts spewing out hate with name calling and other bs, I really dont give two ****s about it. So please, if you're gonna piss and moan at each other, do it elsewhere.

              **edit**

this is directed to Kid Achilles and Diego Fuego, for those of you wondering who I was talking to.

if briggs looks like how he did against serguei i won't be impressed if he wins at all, and if he wins the same way with how the fight was, i won't have anything good to say about ibragimov either.

but if the fight is actually on a competitive level and has action and briggs wins without gasing after the first round, i'll start to give some credit.

i thought briggs conditioning was pathetic and embarrassing in his last fight. and he was lucky that serguei didn't press any action and make a fight out of it, why he didn't i have no clue, but briggs would've crumbled had lyakhovich done anything close to making him fight, and i think any heavyweight right now could wear out briggs, his conditioning was one of the worst i've ever seen. no exaggeration.

You said everything I was thinking, dude. I think it's probably common knoweledge that Briggs does not take training seriously. He has even admitted as much himself. This, I think, will be his undoing, and anyone with any modicum of professionalism like Wlad or Maskaev who faces him will take him down.

I would pick austin over briggs. he's better defensively and has better stamina. I had ibrag winning there fight by a point. ibrag imo is better than what he showed in that fight. he was 10 lbs overweight and it showed. he is vulnerable to right hands but I think he has enough to beat briggs

the whole problem with briggs tho is he doesnt utilize his height and reach. he makes himself an easy target and sultan shouldnt have much trouble finding him like he did with austin. true briggs hits harder than austin but I dont think he's much quicker at all now that he's in the 260's+ range. he'll have to knock sultan out early to win this fight imo and I think sultan survives and wears briggs down. now if sultan comes in pudgy like he did against austin he could have problems but I think he'll come in at his normal weight this time around. if he doesnt he's a fool
