this is a HEALTHY competition between the 2 sports. It can ONLY better the two sports from what they are now!!!
If MMA starts towering over boxing, then boxing is gonna have to make some changes to gain back that lead. They already have a new scoring system starting up, They are having that superfighter thingy, and i expect some more changes over the next couple of years.
Then if Boxing manages to retake the lead, MMA is gonn have to make some changes and improve.
If anything, this competition is just gonna better our sports and make it more entertaing for the whole lot of us.
its like the competition between cell phones. theres always more improvments and the prices get lower and better deals.
