I'd like to see Mayweather, Gatti, and Winky make it. I haven't really seen JMM, and Taylor is still young. I don't think the others are HOF yet.

All except Gatti/Wlad.. and Hatton/Taylor are fringe at the moment... although it is kinda easy to get in the boxing HOF compared to other sports.

Top 5 though for sure are

          1. Floyd Mayweather
          2. Jose Luis Castillo
          3. Winky Wright
          4. Manny Pacquiao
          5. Diego Corrales

To my mind the only person to potentially qualify as HOF on that list as considered TODAY is Gatti. He's the only fighter with top name recognition, a fan base to remember his exploits and a full and exciting career behind him.
He's by no means even close to being the best fighter but if they all retired today, he's the one who would be remembered. And that's coming from a Brit.
None of the rest have shown pedigree. To me, being in a HOF is about a full career of creditable performances. That doesn't mean winning or losing but how the majority of your career in the ring was handled.
Some of the rest may qualify down the line but they ain't cooked yet.
Pac is closest after Gatti and ALL the rest need at least 2 more GREAT fights.
HOF is about having defined your career and that takes time.

The question is if they retire today?

Definitely the most deserving is PBF. Fought through 4 weight divisions and remained undefeated, who's got a better credential?

LOL just wanted to point out the Mexican bias of ULTIMATE who picked Corrales and Castillo to go but did not pick the man who dominated them both (Mayweather) to go. MEXICAN BIAS AT ITS FINEST
