Why are Wlad fans so darn obsessed?

What are your excuses for Byrd's performance against a B level Oquendo, an old, shot Golota, a one armed Vitali, and a glass chinned Wlad?

Firtsly Oquendo is not a B level fighter, and I do feel that Byrd lost that fight by 2 points, however it is not his fault that there were incompetent judges scoring the fight. Byrd lost that fight, no excuses! Secondly Golota is not old and shot, he is only 36 and he fought a great fight againste a slick southpaw boxer. Byrd did beat Golota and even rocked him a few times, it was close but I had him winning by 2 points. Byrd stuggles against large men as he did with Vitali, Wlad, and Ike. No excuses its just a case of men who could be in a seperate weight class beating up on a naturally smaller guy.

Who has Oquendo beaten to prove that he's not a B level fighter? Was it Maurice 19-12-2 Harris who Oquendo was losing to 86-84 on all scorecards before KOing him? Did he really deserve a title shot after that? A not shot Golota would walk through someone of Ruiz's caliber, so I guess that will be the test.

Fast Fres was beating David Tua before getting caught, so maybe it was an off night against Harris.

AS for the second part of your statement, yes we will see, but Ruiz finds ways to win, illegally, but he does win.

I'am curious as to what your take is on the whole Wlad-Brewster fight.
