When his time came he took advantage of it and made the most of it. Title shots come and go. Your using a terrible logic, every young up and comer with multiple TV FIGHTS gets his shot. Jorge Paez jr will likely have a shot in easily about a year or less due to his constant appearences on PPV undercards and spanish television.
