"Four times he's pulled out. Unprecedented," Rahman said. "And you are the champ. Cut it out, cut it out, cut it out."

"World Boxing Council heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko continues to duck anyone resembling a challenge. Klitschko has pulled out of fighting mandatory No. 1 challenger Hasim Rahman three times (claiming injuries), finally forcing Rahman to fight Monte Barrett Aug. 13. With Rahman-Barrett set, Klitschko is ready to fight Sept. 24, six weeks after Rahman's fight. Klitschko tried to get HBO to OK a match with Oleg Maskaev, but even the network refused to let him get away with that one. Now Klitschko is making noise about facing Calvin Brock, a rising prospect, although he's not ready to fight for the heavyweight title. WBC president Jose Sulaiman has said Klitschko should fight the Rahman-Barrett winner. WBC rules require a mandatory defense, which Klitschko hasn't done in the 15 months he's held the title. For a guy who's claim to fame is getting beaten up by an out of shape Lennox Lewis, Klitschko has a lot of nerve petitioning the WBC for an exception to the mandatory rule. He might well beat Rahman, World Boxing Association champion John Ruiz, or International Boxing Federation titleholder Chris Byrd if he had the nerve. Two thigh injuries and a bad back have left him unable to fight Rahman, but he's fit to fight Brock? Stripping a fighter is never the best choice but Klitschko is begging for it. There are four heavyweight champions and nobody knows if any of them are good enough to beat the others. The only thing that's sure is Klitschko has no interest in trying . . ."

      Bottom line is closet racism.

Because it cant be anything else.

They are educated, respectful of others, dont talk ****, and donate money to charity, and learn the English language so they can communicate in the language of the country that they now fight in.

I dont think he ducked Rahman, although it sure looked like it. He post poned the fight atleast three times.

I think he could beat anyone, including his brother who has more skills, but lacks the killer instinct it seems.

I am not about to go looking for the Interview.. cause i just dont really care that much.. BUT what Vitalis problem with Rahman was.. He just didnt think Rahman worthy.. in this interview I read .. he was soundling like he didnt want to even have to be in the same ring as rahman.. not out of fear but out of disgust.. Now Vitali is not the best at english.. so maybe I took him wrong.. But i could see where he would be coming from

finally someone who actually knows what theyre talking about. Yeah, I think Klitscho was more talented than Rahman definitely, but the facts of the ducking are readily apparent.

Methinks he saw the mismatch with Brock that his brother exposed last night...

Why introduce race? Some people just don't like people because they're great. Bottom line. Greatness is often hated.

Personally, the Klitschkos are alright in my book for all the reasons already listed in the thread.

                    I never said you man.

                    I mean hardcored Klitschko haters...

Seems that to some people its a full time profession.

So what that you are white?

I am "white" but I bet I'm of a different ethnicity then you. I'm an ethnic Slav, ethnic western ukranian to be more precise.

So your white? And..........lots of different "white" ethnicities out there.

My post was regarding hardcore klitschko haters.

And I just dont see how someone can hate either brothers guts on anything besides their ethnicity.
