Urango does not hold the 140 championship. He has a paper title. Everyone knows Witter is the toughest guy at 140 right now and has been calling Hatton out. No response from Hatton, as usual. Hatton never responded to Floyd talking about fighting him until Floyd was at 147. Hatton has a big mouth, but is a punk when it comes to backing it up.

look up articles from the time he was widely regarded as the best p4p fighter in the sport by most people

sure it wasn't a prime tszyu but he would still have beaten most welterweight
and light welterweight fighters on the planet
