The WBO is the old belt, but the WBC is the most recognized of the 4.

Why do you say that? For a minute it was the 'real' belt, because it was the one Lewis had kept. But since it was won by Vitali over Sanders, diminishing its validitiy a bit, then awarded to Rahman by default (which further damaged its claims to legitimacy), and won by Maskaev in the ring. The IBF is the most recognized now, because Wlad has it, although it still does not represent a linear title because Byrd was a paper champion.

The explicit difference between a cartoon and an anime/manga is its targeted viewer/reader...While Cartoons are targeted for kids (with a few exceptions:Family Guy, South Park, etc) Anime is targeted for older watchers, usually ranging 17+.....

Anime's usually tend to have much more gore and violence then an average cartoon, however there are Animes that come to America and are toned down and targeted at young viewers...

To put it flatly I don't really care what you think of me, I don't care if you think I'm in high school, and I don't care if you think I watch cartoons...

What I do care about however is who you think Wlad Klitschko should fight in his next bout.
