How long until Klitschko fights again?

After the Byrd fight he made it sound like he had an ambitious agenda. He took almost no punches in that fight, and thus could have gone again the following week really. That was May, if I remember correctly. I expected to see him again in the summer. Now he wins by another knockout, in another fight in which he did not absorb too much apart from the cut. Is there any reason we have to wait six more months? The conservative fight plan he has should allow him to fight frequently, and really these fights are not exciting enough to maintain interest for so long.
If he waits on Maskaev or Briggs it will take forever. I say knock out another contender by March before going for unification.

On average, heavyweights, if they are active on a championship level, fight every 5 to 6 months.

It might be close to a year due to that nasty ass cut.

I figure with stitches or whatever they use it'd be closer to 4-6 months...
