I think at WW SRL would be faster (remember Floyd has looked much faster at lower weights), stronger, and perhaps even smarter. I think Floyd would have to fight a near perfect fight to beat him. That being said I don't think that a 15 round fight would be the difference in outcome as Floyd is in great shape and probably could fight 15 rounders if they still existed.
Leonard was just a naturally bigger fight than Floyd, he could probably brawl with Floyd and come out on top if he had to. Floyd has a lot of fans, and sometimes it seems they'd rather compare him to fighters he'll never face since it appears at least so far that he doesn't want to clean out the current division and remove all doubt.

Seriously...and considering that DLH is starting to look like less of a possibility who will his "last fight" be against.

We want to compare him to great fighters he will never face because there is not great talent in the WW divison right now as many people have said. Of course it has nothing to do with him retiring.

By the way, if it were Hearns vs Mayweather then I would favor Hearns.

            Favor Hearns?
There is no chance for Floyd against Hearns. Style makes fight and this would be a nightmare for floyd. Hearns is too big and powerfull 4 Floyd, he would hurt him badly. Tommy was perhaps the best offensive boxer of all time and a freak by nature. His weakness was his stamina and chin, but no way Mayweather could hurt TOmmy. His power wasn't enough to stop Judah...

PBF and SRL should be a fantasy fight because they are from different eras. There are fighters today i wonder if PBF WOULD beat! Hatton for instance and Cotto etc. Maybe he COULD beat them, but WOULD he?
I dont think PBF knows the true answer?

Point taken, I'd still like to see him clean the division out though.
At least then he can say "I beat everybody there was to beat".

I would pick hearns any day, reach and boxing skills would be the reason

                  but

                  1. srl beat him by accumulation of punches, not bcos of his power

                  2. the only reason judah saw the end of the fight is because of what happened in round 10, if you think otherwise dont bother answering, just go watch the fight again.

You're right on today playboy. Judah was on the way down before his little faux pas and SRL wins by accumulation of punches resulting in TKO.

Sugar Ray. I think Mayweather's mental make up does him in before the two even get in the ring. I'm sure Floyd sees himself as a fan favorite, but he comes across as a serious heel. The quintessential "it's all about material things athlete with an attitude". He wants the accolades of greats, but isn't equipped with the demeanor that goes with it. What should be comical or in taunting good fun banter towards opponents often comes off as crude, genuine disrespect. He doesn't give off the vibe of people's champ. Ray will definitely piss him off. A look at PBF's approach to a fight with Oscar tells me all I need to know. Man is he going about it the wrong way.

                      Leonard by UD.
