Platov has never fought against a quality opponent, probably paid judges.

I was really surprised with both decisions today, especially Akinwande's.

The fight against Sprott came too early for Dettweiler. Sprott has lots of experience, knows how to spoil and how to steal rounds. He forced Dettweiler to fight his fight and that's basicly why he deserved to win. It was a pretty ugly bout. Dettweiler couldn't use his reach advantage and didn't throw enough punches. Sprott dominated the infight and in some rounds it looked like John Ruiz vs. The Quiet Man ...nightmarish. Should've been a clear victory for Sprott, can't understand the SD, at least the right man one.

There was a 30min power blackout just after the Akinwande bout. That was pretty bizarre as both fighters stood in the dark ring and waited for the scores. Platov deserved the win as he seemed to be the more aggresive and active fighter. I only saw highlights of this bout though.

In the Main Event Timo Hofmann beat Cengiz Koc via 10 Round UD. Koc announced prefight that he will retire if he loses and he did just that.

Both fighters fought a good fight and showed heart where they lacked skill.
