DLH by decapitation. Margarito got TKOed by Daniel Santos for ****s sake. DLH was a one-punch KO artist at Welter and has above average power at Junior Middleweight.
Margarito has not faced anybody who hits as hard as DLH yet.
Margarito has not tapped a chin as solid as DLH's yet.
Margarito has not faced anybody with DLH's skill, ringmanship, and handspeed yet.
So he can't outslug DLH, definitely cannot outbox DLH.
To me, Margarito's best asset is his ability to make 147 on a consistent basis. Other than that, I don't know what else he has on his side.
