Have you seen who they put in the Hall of Fame lately though? Pipino Ceuvas is in how could you not put in Chavez. I will watch this thread to see if anyone is dumb enough to disagree. I am sure someone will disagree with the top 25 of all time though.
Don't forget that Chavez waited 5 yrs to give Taylor the rematch. After he was a shot shell of his former self. I am a Chavez fan, but I am honest.
The way in which he staged one of the most amazing comebacks in the first fight should be the only thing that matters.
The length of time between fights is almost insignificant compared to that incredible victory.
