the fight will be exciting cause i think brock will try to be slick at first and eat a lot of jabs and get forced into fight. His only shot really is to jump on him early hope for a KO or at least to take some life out of those legs with a few well placed shots to the glass jaw. brocks gonna have to prove he too can wobble the weeble.

to me the best thing about wladamir and just another thing that sets him apart from the other top heavies....

even if he is looking past a fight to a bigger one (which all fighters are doing most of the time) you can count on wladamir to come into the fight in top physical shape. as you said before he has been humbled by lack of preparation and whether or not he is overlooking brock you can bet your ass he is gonna be ready for anything he might do.

i see no problem in wladamir having ultimate confidence going into this fight, he is superior in almost every dimension in which a fighter can be measured, the lone exception maybe being chin... which brock hasnt proven himself.

These Chris Byrd references are not really relevant in my opinion. Chris Byrd was very faded and fought the wrong fight. He would have always struggled anyway, just like in the first fight.
this very same "faded fighter" thing could be applied to many fights/fighters - ex: lewis vs tyson. while i don't consider it a huge victory as tyson was jaded and wasn't exactly in lewis' league by my opinion, it still counts.

There is no way that Little Klit will overlook anyone for the rest of his career. He knows that all it takes is another KO loss and he's over, so he has to take every fight seriously, regardless of the opponent.

In his interviews before, Wlad always said that his opponents are very dangerous, great fighters, etc., etc. If you read his interviews now, all he says is that Brock has an aggresive style. When asked why he thought Brock went for this fight, Wlad said that Brock must think he is ready for this fight, that's why he took it. What I read between the lines, is that he doesn't think Brock will present him with any problems. I hope he doesn't overlook Brock but he is at the moment IMO.

So far, nearly a 100 votes, with 80% predicting a Klitschko victory.

.....It amazes me every time to see someone pick a Klitschko to lose by decision. The only way either one of them could ever be beaten was by stoppage. For the people who picked Brock on points, I think your idiots. He couldn't outbox Wlad to a win in thousand years. I can at least understand the KO guys. No offense of course.
