Joe could fight at cruiserweight and **** them around the ring. In his early career, before he was killing himself to make weight, he was the hardest hitter outside the heavyweights IMO. Just HEAR his KO of Frank Minton, it's a massive **** and Minton is fast asleep on the way down. Or the jumping, swinging left hand that puts Warren Stowe a few feet in the air and flying across the ****ing ring as Calzaghe brings his arm back to raise it as he himself is flying through the air with a ****y look on his face. Absolutely insane punching power for an 'arm puncher'.

Wlad is too hard of a puncher for Cal., even if Cal. did get above 200, he doesn't have the power to KO him.

you said it not me......he would die vs Wlad........seriously! No like be serious.. i would bet you my membership to this site that he would be brain damaged in the ring before round 5.......are we forgetting he has manny in his corner? joe would be killed......... and is i'm not mistaken cruiserweight is lower than heavy by like 20 pounds......and klitch fights at 250.........ok yeah i see your point...........so possibly a 50 pound weight advantage is nothing.. not to mention.......he hits like a girl..... joe i mean even thought wlad has a pillow for a chin.

Styles make fights. Part of the reason that Sanders made Klitschko look so easy is his southpaw stance. Klitschko is not adaptable. The Klitschko nuthuggers talk like he could figure out an opponent as did Muhammad Ali. WRONG! Klitschko has only one way of doing things and no ring smarts whatsoever. Do something different, keep the pressure on him and he will fall apart.

Minton had been in with six former or future world champions and most of his opponents were world-class fighters. But we're not talking about that, lol!

Calzaghe's punches, even if landed flush, would not faze Wlad.

Klitschko is not a real fighter, that is why he has had problems in the past. You people think he has a glass chin, but that is because you don't know boxing. Men with glass jaws get counted out, but Klitschko has never been rendered unconscious.

The correct method to beat Klitschko is to affect him emotionally because he lacks emotional control. In a misguided way this is what Byrd tried to do, but all he accomplished was babbling at Klitschko while blocking punches with his head. What Byrd should have done was use his superior speed to slip the jab then bounce his feather fist off Klitschko's face. Byrd wouldn't need Sander's firepower to knockdown Klitschko, he goes down very easily. After he has been dropped a few times and comes under the same relentless attack, he will fall to pieces. That is the reason for his previous losses, not a problem with chin, or stamina or whatever.

Despite the fact that Manny Steward claims that Klitschko is much improved, I see is him making the same old mistakes: pawing the jab, pulling straight back, dropping his left, dropping his right, keeping his chin up, crossing his feet and not moving his head. Klitschko is not hard to hit. Byrd could have hit him, Calzaghe would hit him and hit him easily.
Hmm well thats REALLY funny.. SINCE KLITSCHKO is my favorite FIGHTER.. You dont need to preach the GLASS JAW NEVER BEEN COUNTED OUT BEFORE STUFF ON ME.... IN FACT I PROLLY HAVE ABOUT 20 POSTS Defending his chin on this very SITE ALONE... NOW Joe Calzaghe is ANOTHER of my FAVORITE FIGHTERS... YOU have every right to your OPINION and I have every right to MINE... There is NO WAY IN HELL ,HEVAN and EARTH JC would last 3 rounds UNless he RAN all NIGHT... NO offence .. but it sems the GENERAL concensus of RESPONSES BACKS ME UP.. not YOU.. which is OK

You should be more careful about whom you chose as your favourite. There is some talent emerging from Eastern Europe, and they will turn the heavyweight division upside down. The young Denis Boytsov could be ready for Klitschko inside of 6 months if he got better training. Right now the not so young Sultan Ibragimov is more than capable of beating Klitschko. If Brock comes to fight, you will see Klitschko collapse like a house of cards. In my posts I have outlined what Brock needs to do to win. We will see if he wants to win bad enough to do it.
