Lots of claims but no logic.

Styles make fights, not size. Joe Louis proved that against Buddy Baer, and Billy Conn proved that against Joe Louis. Calzaghe is hard to hit, even on his off days. The notion that Calzaghe would get knocked out because Byrd did, shows how little you people know about boxing. Go back and watch the fight. Bryd just stood infront of Klitschko and consequently got his head punched in. By the way, Byrd's wife was screaming at him about it. She got some good coverage by HBO! Chances of Calzaghe blocking punches with his head are approximately zero.

You say Cal could use the same strategy as Sanders.. Maybe he could.. But he DOESN'T have Sanders Power.. Wlad however DOES.. Wlad is also a GOOD enough and smart enough BOXER and Rarely misses.. Of course Joe would be Fast.. but the size difefernce Guarentees Wlad will land any ways.. Calzaghe CANT hurt Wlad and Wlad sure could HURT Calzaghe.. Wlad BY KO I like Calzaghe.. But No chance here

This guy potatoes might have a brain full of potatoes lol. Seriously this thread should be deleted cause this guy is serious. Style makes fights and the style will so easily favor wlad and wlad will ko cal in the 1st or 2nd round. Cal might have fast hands but it will mostly be feather fisted vs wlad. To compare cal to sanders is ******ed, sanders is quick but he is a born heavyweight, he weighs way more then cal and sanders has way more power then cal.

Calzaghe is a 200lb man who used to hit harder than heavyweights (before he started killing himself to make weight), he'd get ANYBODIES respect if he hit them with that sweeping left hook from the southpaw stance (WITHOUT having to turn into a white Ephiopian) even with a glove on.

Klitschko is not a real fighter, that is why he has had problems in the past. You people think he has a glass chin, but that is because you don't know boxing. Men with glass jaws get counted out, but Klitschko has never been rendered unconscious.

The correct method to beat Klitschko is to affect him emotionally because he lacks emotional control. In a misguided way this is what Byrd tried to do, but all he accomplished was babbling at Klitschko while blocking punches with his head. What Byrd should have done was use his superior speed to slip the jab then bounce his feather fist off Klitschko's face. Byrd wouldn't need Sander's firepower to knockdown Klitschko, he goes down very easily. After he has been dropped a few times and comes under the same relentless attack, he will fall to pieces. That is the reason for his previous losses, not a problem with chin, or stamina or whatever.

Despite the fact that Manny Steward claims that Klitschko is much improved, I see is him making the same old mistakes: pawing the jab, pulling straight back, dropping his left, dropping his right, keeping his chin up, crossing his feet and not moving his head. Klitschko is not hard to hit. Byrd could have hit him, Calzaghe would hit him and hit him easily.

dood sanders fights at 230 joe fights at 168 ......do you see the problem here... i know your not serious about this......wlad had a glass chin and sanders exposed it big deal........ i picked sanders to knok out wlad..... and then brewster......big whoop! but this......i mean really joe hits as hart as a middle weight the only thing is his work output that makes the punches count.......man please you must be hitten the pipe....
