When you're fighting the top flight guys, you're not going to be knocking them out. I do believe that Morales has lost a great deal of his power since moving up in weight, he was perceived as a monstrous puncher at 122, but at 126 and 130 he hasn't been much of a puncher.
One thing about him is that he doesn't really punch correctly often times. He's more a combination puncher than a guy who commits everything to one shot. Frankly, he throws alot of arm punches.
Larry Merchant put it best when he said he wasn't a great punch, but a great fighter.Comment
