Yeah but there was no seriousness in that.

so why call out people if you're not serious. kind of makes Calzaghe look like he's all about running his mouth when he does that.

action is what people want not meaningless jibber jabber about fights that aren't going to happen.

      makes no sense.

This is the misconception on how Hopkins fights: yes, he fought like this in the past 4 years or so, but he didn't do this when he was younger...it's because of age and having to make 160 at such an age that he started to fight like this...he didn't fight like this against Tito did he? and he was what 36 or so...just go back further in his career and you will see a much more active Hopkins.

yes, but I am not sure that wasn't a joke...he did call out Roy, but never moved up to 175, nor did he come to the States to show he was serious about the fight...Woods was serious, and he got to fight Roy

            Hopkins beats calzaghe:
Based on their last performances, Bernie looked great against Tarver, he out muscled the bigger man, fought his usual slower paced, some might say conservative fight.
Joe ****in shined against Lacy, I will admit I wanted Lacy to clean his clock, but you can't deny perfection, and i believe Joe C. proved his point that evening and i take my hat off to him and humbly eat crow for my remarks. BUT...Dominating a Raw, Bruttish puncher in Jeff Lacy and the Bika fight, jesus, wtf happened there JOE? Calzaghe had his moments of brilliance but that fight only proves the he needs to either beat Kessler or just Vacate the Titles at Supper Mid. Kessler looms for Joe C. and he's trying to call out a 40+ yr old RETIRED fighter. Kessler or nothing for Calzaghe
become Undisputed super mid champion, then push for Hopkins, think about it.

            Just my drunken, humble Opinion

Hopkins takes away the things you think are going to work against him and you have no choice but to ****in improvise and hope your ring intelligence will prevail over his and this isnt easy. By round 5 hes got you all but figured out.
