Wow, you can tell this guy has been in some wars. He is a super nice guy and he loves the fact that I have seen a lot of his fights, very humble guy indeed. But he was talking mad **** about Larry Holmes ducking him. He also said that to this day he thinks Tommy Morrison had loaded gloves because Tommy hit harder than anyone he has ever fought.

Many boxers are like that. Growing up, I had always idolized the old time fighters (Well, Im 19 so 80s fighters are throwback to me), and they love it when someone appreciates their hard work. I've seen some fighters who were some seriously tough guys' faces light up when I tell them that their fights were my favorites. Al "Ice" Cole was at a presser standing by himself, no one recognized him. I went up to him and told him that my fave fight with him was when he defended his title on the Jones-Pazienza undercard. Its symbiosis really.
