Vargas is a cool person. Ishe probably showed Vargas respect after Vargas whooped on him and he probably appoliged to Vargas and well Vargas is going to talk good about him, since i assume, ishe showed respect to Vargas after Vargas whooped on him.

Ishe would be a good opponet for Cotto or Mayweather, ishe isn't that big and doesn't have a big punch.
