It's a pretty aggresive sparring session with Ishe taunting Vargas saying "c'mon *****" but Ishe is the one getting hammered the whole time ! -
Yeah, i seen this the other day. It was funny as hell seeing Ishe calling Vargas a ***** when Ishe was back pedalling and not even trying to throw punchs, while Vargas uses him like a punching bag and to add insult, Ishe finds himself on the ground, he got what he deserved.
Have you seen the second video of them sparring? Ishe goes down again, and this time he doesn't trash talk cause Vargas ain't giveing him as much room to breath as the last time.
Ishe talked long smack to Manfedo when they sparred, and he was whooping on Manfredo but his smack talking got him in trouble against Vargas.
If Vargas was younger, because he became a more humble person, Vargas would have teed off on Ishe when Ishe started to mouth off. Back then Vargas would have probably also kicked his ass in a street fight.

Yah man I saw the second vid. Vargas battered that fool Ishe. If this was Pre Trinidad Vargas ...lets say the Vargas that beat on Campos or Quartey , Ishe Smith would not make it out of the fight standing. Even a slowed down Vargas beat on him.
Theres also a video of Vargas sparring Mandfredo on youtube someone put up. You probably saw it though already.Comment
