He does get a bit too rough when he's lost a fight though. I was crying out after Skelton II but he wouldn't listen.

...You hit the nail on the head with these comments. IMO he did just fine the other night considering his opponent was dirty as hell and a fairly tough guy. Besides, It wasn't a fight that really excited Joe C. Put him in with Hopkins and see what happens and how he looks. I have my money on Calzaghe at this point in time.

I will always be a realist in my views. Bika is...... who? He gave Zag more problems than I thought he would and I contribute it to the fact that Zag isn't as good as 90% of people on this forum believe and Bika is better than most of us know. That's not saying much on either side of the ball though.

.....I wasn't aware that Calzaghe had that many supporters to begin with and alot of the consensus was that he was **** before the Lacy fight. He impressed me in the Lacy win and I thought he fairly dominated Bika in spite of the fact that he got intentionaly butted and hit with more than a few cheap shots. He was maybe a little too ****y from the Lacy win and his new found respect in the boxing world. Still, I bet he puts on a much better show against better competition in the future.

Hahahaha... that last sentence made me giggle. For a man who's avoided and scurried around big fights his entire pro career I hardly forsee many tough opponents in his future. The consensus around here from most members (not myself) is that they don't really like Zag but think he's damn good. I think he's decent and I hate him.

I actually found it a pretty good fight and don't think Calzaghe was really bad.......Bika was very game.

....If the Hopkins fight comes off then we will get alot of answers to the questions about Joe Blow.

I'm honestly not sure how I feel about that fight. Like. I know Hopkins has probably been keeping himself in good shape since he's a gym rat but the man is 41 years old.
