Margarito Hype?

Is anyone else finding all the Margarito talk strange? He better start being himself and start rehumbling himself or I could see him losing very soon. He's acting totally different now. Its like Arum and the media has boosted his head so much that now he talks trash non stop and he never was like that first.

He used to be humble, quiet, and wanted to fight some guys but was always respectable. Now he talks **** all the time. I think he's starting to get a big head. You could say, why does he have to humble himself but Floyd doesnt? The difference is that Floyd has always been ****y so he's being himself.

Also, does anyone else find it to be a joke that Margarito always calls out Floyd but doesnt want to fight any of the guys it takes to get to Floyd? How can he end up with this Clottey fight after all those top guys who called him out?

Now guess what? The word is now that he could be fighting Chico next? I still think Chico is good and could give him alot of trouble but he definatly needs a tuneup first. My point for saying this is, what happened to Paul Williams and everyone else? If he ends up fighting Chico over Williams or another top guy that everyone has to start ripping him.

How can you fight Chico, who has never fought past 135, who has lost 2 fights in a row, who's confidence is down, and who people think has a weak chin?

If he does that then its a joke. Everyone knows that if Floyd tried to fight Chico right now at 147 then people would rip him. They would say that instead of Floyd fighting a top big guy, he instead fights Chico who he knows wont be used to the weight and is coming off of 2 straight losses where he knows that he could be worn down.

Margarito better not fight Chico over Williams or any other top guy and if he doesnt take his mandatory then even his biggest fans will have to start questioning him.

Just like DLH, the media worthships them and makes them greater than they really are. Both get away with everything they do...no other reason a guy can openly lie about everyone ducking him and people still take him seriously..

Maybe you don't like Oscar, that's fine. But the man paid his dues earlier in his career, which is why he gets what he wants now. These two careers are not comparable at the moment.

And god damn zab was the undisputed champion by beating spinks ( who is the legit welterweight by the way). The only thing i give ya is the fight with mitchell but mitchell was not on a 2 fight losing streak before fighting floyd. Zab didn't have a two fight losing streak before fighting floyd. And both zab and mitchell didn't make their welterweight debuts by facing mayweather. I give margarito his props if he can beat williams and i'll say floyd should fight margarito but that won't happen until the fall of 2007 cause after floyd beat baldo then floyd isgoing to fight mosley next and then may to fight delahoya.

By the end of next year the hype will really have blown up and so a Margarito v. Mayweather fight is worth even more.

By then im assuming Margarito will already have defeated Clottey, Williams and a few other fighters. And Mayweather already defeated Baldomier, Mosley and possably Delahoya. Setting up a Margarito v. Mayweather fight.

But then again.

Castillo beats Harris and Hatton, i could also see a 3rd fight with Mayweather.

Or, a Cotto v. Maywether fight at the end of next year.

Damn, now that i think of it, I think a Margarito fight wont happen till 08.
