Kessler is good, but just too predictable and green for Calzaghe!!!
You must be thinking about Lacy .. Nothing green about Kessler. I canīt see Calzaghe getting around his jab. Kessler is one of the fastest hitters around, and from his very first fight, he always stays in focus, no matter..
As for the superior class of Calzaghe (and Kessler), it looks to be better than that of Bika, but not out of this world.. I altso think a guy like Bute is to be taken serious real soon..
Bika proved there is harder opponents than both Beyer and Lacy!!

i don't think kessler is that fast at all.....and not for calzaghe either!!

i'd much rather see kessler go to the U.S and fight americans in big fights, than to rush into a fight with Calzaghe and perhaps end his career...or lose ground!!

      you said:

styles make fights and you cannot look at that fight and think, well if bika did ok, kessler will do better!!..doesnt' work that way in boxing, furthermore, I rate Bika quite highly and believe he will be a top contender in the near future/if he already isn't!

Are you calling Kessler(38-0-0) to inexperienced for Calzaghe??? Get real!!(bika was 20-1-2)
I said: "Bika proved there is harder opponents than both Beyer and Lacy!!" meaning styles make fights as well. Dont overrate Calzaghe, he is good, but to put him in a leage of his own..??? He looked human last night, thats for sure.
Kessler is a higly skilled boxer, and i rate him as high as calzaghe. If you cant see how perfekt this matchup would be..

Who has had the tougher fights up to now? Kessler or Calzaghe? No way Kessler has had as hard as opponants as Joe. Joe has fought tough nuts like Reid, Sheika, Mitchell, Eubank, Brewer. Have Kesslers opponants been as tough as these? I doubt it. So he knocks out Beyer in 3, so what? We are talking about a Beyer who won and lost and then won the belt again. Hardly a tough guy. Calzaghe should seek an American opponant like Wionky or Taylor first and then go for Kessler.
