I think he meant done as in he's done with boxing forever.

ya, he is done with boxing...

thats what this statement from Arthur meant right

"I will take a few months off before I train again, I should be ready to fight a rematch within 6 months".

yup, that says done to me.

Still blabbering about this fight? Seriously, if you look at the fight and even acknowledge that maybe a couple of the point deductions it was then a close fight. Miranda could not land any effective shots with the exception of the 1 that happened to magically break AA's jaw. In the rematch, assuming Arthur is fully healed and doesn't get injured early on, expect him to blow Miranda out of the water with a very easy UD.

I mean... if you can't capitalize on an opponent who is hardly throwing and has a broken jaw what can you do to him when he's healthy?

What do you expect the man to say? "Miranda kicked my ass and brutally destroyed my jaw. I will never be the same again"

This might be true, but you'll never hear it from him.
I know other people who had similar injuries that 5 years later still had pain and bothers from the injury. I hope he does indeed fight again and is the same, but I will believe it when I see it.

Why would he say Miranda "kicked his ass" when he didn't??

The ring doctor looked at the jaw for a few seconds (did not treat it for 5 minutes like they did for Abraham). The Dr says to the Ref "I recommended we stop the fight.". The Ref asks Donaire "Can you continue" and Donaire says "No". The ref without hesitation waves the fight off.

Why in the world under even much worse conditions would a ref ignore all of the above and listen to some schmuck in the audience and continue the fight. Oh yea, almost forgot, CAUSE IT WAS IN GERMANY!!!!!! Corrupt mother ****ers!
Are you actually mad at Germany the country or their boxing commission? I've never been there but you sure seem angry at them. Me personally, I've heard good things - poor germany.
