how could you score the fight on someone's who runs and doesnt throw... watch the last 3 rounds. that sums it up. the 12 rounds was just a validation. abraham didnt do squat

since when were championship fights three rounds long??? abraham was landing cleanly when he opened up, miranda was just hitting air and gloves.

and i've gotta add that that the warriors site is the most biased lump of turd i have ever seen, "UNCROWNED MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMPION", guess they've never heard of jermain taylor down in florida.

For those of you who have not seen the most bizarre break in action in boxing, finally here is the Round that everyone has been talking about.

Abraham, the Doctor and the ref want the fight stopped, but the German Promoter, Wilfred Sauerland, overrules everyone and makes the fight continue...

Good job posting the video for all to see. I saw the fight and I agree with your sentiments. The fight should have been stopped. Miranda should have won. Even though the fight was not stopped, Miranda should have won anyway. Abraham didn't do **** the whole fight. The point deductions were ridiculous, 3 of which were not warrented. I don't have respect for Abraham. Okay, he showed heart by running the entire fight? Get outta here. The judges and the referee are corrupt bastards. Miranda won that fight. He got robbed.

Send some footage of you fighting for 9 rounds with a broken jaw and maybe your opinion will count.

It's very clear, I will break it down for you:

Doctor: asks Abraham if he can continue and Abraham shakes head sideways (No)
Doctor: Waves his hands to ref to call off the fight
Ref: "Thats the fight, right?" to Doctor
Doctor: Shakes his head "Yes"
Ref: (to advisor) "The kid can't go on so what do you wanna do?"
(They are deciding how to score the fight, after discussing they decide Miranda wins by TKO)
Ref: "That's true, that's true, TKO, TKO.... He loses 2 points but wins the TKO"
After listening to Wilfred Sauerland in the stands
Ref: "You want to go on?"
Ref: (to Abraham) "We're gonna fight, can you fight?"
Abraham: shakes his head sideways and says "NO!"

This is where the ref should have waved off the fight and is no different than what happened to Donaire except Abraham was in MUCH MUCH worse shape. They were both asked if they could continue and both said NO. Only in Germany is there more discussion...

If anyone saw the Darchinyan vs Donaire fight this past weekend (I'm sure you did Googley since you only follow Armenians) than you saw what happens when a fighter breaks his jaw and the DR recommends the stoppage.

The ring doctor looked at the jaw for a few seconds (did not treat it for 5 minutes like they did for Abraham). The Dr says to the Ref "I recommended we stop the fight.". The Ref asks Donaire "Can you continue" and Donaire says "No". The ref without hesitation waves the fight off.

Why in the world under even much worse conditions would a ref ignore all of the above and listen to some schmuck in the audience and continue the fight. Oh yea, almost forgot, CAUSE IT WAS IN GERMANY!!!!!! Corrupt mother ****ers!
