Fernando Vargas Vs. Sergio Mora in JAN?

word is that this two warriors are in discussions for a fight come january....i was just thinking how much more damage would be done to his career if he were to get knocked out by mora....no way it happens i hope....but if it does i have fernando by tko late in the fight.....

If Vargas gets ko'ed by a feather fisted fighter like Mora, then he needs to hang them up right there. But there is no way that happens. I got Vargas winning by late ko if he pressures Mora onto the ropes. If Mora runs the entire fight, Vargas by UD.

i actully dont see a late tko by vargas atol... i see a very erly tko,ko within 5 maybe a 4th 5th round vargas maybe getting his ass wooped up at the top level but he would kill anybody of mora,s standerds

Vargas has only lost to top tier fighters. Mora is far from that and will lose easily to Vargas.

vargas should retire, its sad me sayin this because hes been one of my favourite fighters in the last 5-10 years, but the guy is shot, he aint the same and he hasnt adapted well now that he aint the same fighter he once was. there is no point in vargas fightin again because he will lose to top tier boxers, all his losses have come to the elite boxers and he will have a hard time beating a top fighter again. whats the point of vargas beating B-C level competiton?? hes already rich, made his money, got a family, got other stuff going on outside of boxing like his clothing line, tv show, etc.. he just needs to retire before he gets to the point where up and coming boxers are fighting him just to get his name on their records if they beat him. that would be a sorry sight to see.

I agree with you, but Mora needs a reality check. Vargas would make sure he got it.

Vargas will probably fight for years to come. He doesn't seem like the type of guy to retire early to me. He has that warrior/****y personality.

I totally agree with you. I think Vargas will prove to be too strong for Mora.
