I wondered about that in the past also. Is that possibly the reason DLH has worn his cup guard extremly high versus some known body punchers?

Tito offered Oscar a rematch 6 times in the last couple of years. DLH does not want to fight Tito. If he did, he would have when Tito offered him a rematch the first time which was several months after their fight in 99.

DLH is crazy to DEMAND a 70/30 split, both fighters are established and Tito does not need this fight. DLH is just trying to find reasons not to fight him, now its money, then he said the weight issue.

It's weird that DLH will not do 60/40 in his favor for a fight that will avenge his first loss which to many was contraversial.

i had the fight scored 9 rounds to 3 in favor of TRINIDAD. i thought he won the fight by a fairly big margin

it was a COLASAL robbery if u ask me. The judges who scored it for trinidad were crazy. i remember reading the scorecards, and one of the judges had round 4, i believe, for trinidad. when i thought that was one of the most clear rounds that de la hoya has ever won! (at the time
Well, Harold Letterman had the fight even he must've been crazy also. You guys act like Trinidad lost the firt 6 rounds clearly. Some of those rounds were hard to score and since Trinidad was coming foward, the judges gave it to him. Cmon you can't change history and apparantly Oscar doesn't want to either. Everybody was crying calling for a rematch, Trinidad stepped to the plate and Oscar put his foot in his mouth. Enough said your boy Oscar got owned.
