fights would go on for a long time, i once heard about a 75 rd fight, idk if it was under Queensbury rules, but it was a 75 rounder

Yeah Hops in the old days they would go untill someone gave up, someone was out cold or the cops came too break it up.

There have been fights with over 100 rounds.

Boxing then was considered civilized in comparison to the older boxing days.
