    I thought Corrales won.....

He was the aggressor, got the bogus knockdown, did what he had to do. Casamayor just doesn't have enough to be champion. BTW, why aren't Darchinyan and Arce fighting. This would be a fight of the year guaranteed.....

You need you eyes checked if you think Corrales won. Casamayor clearly won this fight. Just like he did the first 2.

not CLEAR at all. it was a VERY close fight. i had corrales winning by 1 point. It was a close fight, and i could EASILY see either winning.

And stop saying who u thought won the fight like its a fact. its frustrating cause ur not right. It could have just as easily gone corrales's way. Hence the reason why corrales got the decision on one of the cards

The second fight was not even close, I think you need to check your own eyes.

I stayed home to watch these fights before I go out partying because it is my last night in Masachusetts before I move to Miami.

I thought Casamayor clearly won that fight. Corrales wasnt doing enough, and when he did finally do something he got all kinds of credit for it because it was just more than he was doing before that. Casamayor was tatooing Corrales with lefts all night long. I scored the fight 8 rounds to 4 for Casamayor and cant even see how someone had Corrales winning to be honest. The announcers made the fight seem closer than it was I thought. Beautiful performance by el cepillo.

I have to give Casamayor credit for taking this fight. A lot of was claiming hes washed up and has been fading lately. Then Corrales comes in over weight and he takes the fight anyway. Then he wins the fight. Props to Casamayor.

I also dont think Corrales should retire. He said he might, that he has to talk about it with his family. I would like to see how he does at 140 or 147.

I think Casamayor should fight David Diaz next. He said he wants to fight Barrera, that could be interesting. I have a feeling that might happen, Barrera going for the 135 belt.

Well im out people. Time to go party it up and then its off to Miami tomorrow.

          PEACE

          ..................i shall return

Close fight. Casamayor appeared to outland and outwork Corrales.

              close

It could have gone either way as stated but, Casamayor outworked him. I think there was some ring rust for Corrales he had to get himself acclimated in the first few rounds. Casamayor looks much, much more older than 35.

Casa definitely won that fight. The lefts were huge clean shots that won Casa a lot of rounds. Corrales just seemed to mosey around the ring and throw inside hooks. Not really the best way to win the fight.

casmayor's left hand was in the face of chico all night and that spelled the difference in the fight..
