This isnt the second time for corrales. If it was, THEN i would say casamayor shouldnt fight him. But there is sooo much on the line for casamayor, money and legacy, that he absolutely cannot turn it down!!!

But dont think for a second that i am not outraged and disgusted with corrales
Are you joking?????? So it's not as bad because it's only his first time? Either way if the fight goes on and Corrales wins, I don't wana see anyone say his win was legit while Castillo's wasn't like alot of people said after the 2nd fight fight.

Ok, yes, his team tried to cheat the scale. That is true, and I won't argue that. But to say he intentionally came over-weight is BS. They tried to cheat the scale because they knew he was overweight, but I don't think they were planning on him not making weight. That's just what happened.

        • So, what happens if Corrales wins or the fight doesn't go on? Does David Diaz, the interim champ, get the title or does he have to fight the #1 ranked dude (or closest available since Morales is #1)? Jose Armando Santa Cruz is #2 but he already lost to Diaz earlier this month. Sirimongkol Singwangcha is ranked #3 and Antillon is ranked #4.

Last time I heard, Corrales said 139 wasn't even trying when talking about Castillo.

                • The amount of **** dispensed on Corrales this weekend will be quite impressive in quality and quantity.

                  • Do you think that two high profile fighters not making weight in the same year will provoke the commissions to move to same day weight-ins? I know that some fighters need to sweat to make weight in order to avoid fighting in a weight class that two big for them. They both fought at 135 and they have always weighted more than 150 to 157 pounds on the day of their fight. So how is that fair to fighters who cant. Both of these two could fight at 147 and not be at an huge disadvantage once you move the fighters out of that weight class that are doing the same thing. The Commissions are not going to allow this to happen because they are supported by all the people that make a lot of money when these events take place. These two fighters may cause boxing to lose a lot of credibility and a lot of money and the Boxing Commissions are not going to let that happen.
